  President and founder, Kevin P. Deckert, received a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in 1974 and a Masters Degree in 1978 from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning, and was awarded the Certified Financial Planner(CFP) designation in 1990. He is a registered investment advisor representative, and as an author for many years, has had numerous articles regarding financial planning and investments published in various newspapers and magazines.
